Across every industry there will be critical temperatures which are validated to ensure processes are accurate, manufacturing is to specification, patient care is meeting guidelines, lifesaving parameters and substances are spot on, or food is transported and stored to prevent bacteria.
One should not assume because a thermometer produces a reading that it is definitively accurate. Every industry has standards and regulations to comply with for their temperature validation.
Our quality thermometer calibration capabilities are accurate, precise, reliable, and compliant. You can rely on our dependable and high-quality calibration service as many of our competitors trust and use our services as well
Instrumentation is calibrated in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 within our approved scope of accreditation. Accredited calibrations provide a certificate of calibration with the accrediting body’s logo on the document.
The calibration date is on the certificate and the calibration due date is only placed on the document when specified by the customer or contractually agreed. A traceability statement is provided. Measurement data and uncertainty for each parameter tested during the calibration is provided.
In preparation for your annual or biennial calibration, plan several weeks in advance in order to ensure your thermometers arrive back at your facility within your intended timeframe.
With a reliable hygrometer, you will have the ability to check the moisture content in the air so you will know whether it’s time to turn on the ventilation or heating system.
Is your IR thermometer accurate? How do you know that your Infrared thermometer displays a correct reading after long use and exposure to different environmental conditions?
Liquid-in-glass thermometers are used extensively as a means for accurate temperature measurement. Keep yours maintained and up-to-date.
Maintain accuracy and required compliance standards in your digital environments where temperature matters.
