SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Please package your products for service in a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient packing materials. Thermco will reject any shipment in a tube (cylindrical or triangle).
Liquid in glass thermometers should be rubber banded to a piece of cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap, and packaged as above. Individual thermometer cases are also a favored method. All mercury thermometers should also be shipped in a sealed plastic bag. Digital products, please include batteries and/or any probe(s) associated with the device for operation. They do not need to be inserted or attached to digital thermometer but included in package.
Please do not send any buffer bottles with liquid unless they are unable to be removed without damaging the thermometer.

After submitting the form, please print it out, fill out credit card information (if applicable) and mail it to us along with the instruments.
